Macau gaming resort operator SJM said in a recent statement that it received 11 accolades from “China’s Wine List of the Year Awards 2022”.
According to the statement, SJM was awarded the titles of “Best Hotel Group – Core Wine by the Glass List,” “Best Hotel Group Wine List” and “Best Luxury Fine Wine Cellar List.”
The statement noted that four restaurants at Grand Lisboa on the peninsula – Robuchon au Dôme, The 8, The Kitchen, and Casa Don Alfonso, as well as two restaurants – Mesa and Palace Garden – at Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) in Cotai received the “3 Glass Award”. The statement added that Robuchon au Dôme and Paul Lo (羅富華), F&B director for Grand Lisboa Hotel, have been granted the “Hall of Fame” award under China’s Wine List of the Year for 10 years and 4 years consecutively, respectively.
“3 Glass Award” refers to excellence.
The statement said that China’s Wine List of the Year Awards has recognised the culinary teams at SJM for consistently offering the finest wines from around the world and delivering an outstanding oenological services to its guests.
