The statement underlined that no injuries were caused to the crew.
According to the statement, the Emergency Operations Centre was stood down at 2:44 p.m. and the airport resumed normal operations.
The statement stressed that the airline was ordered to provide written notification of the incident within 72 hours after the incident. The Macau Civil Aviation Authority will decide on the course of action after assessing the written information, the statement noted.
