The Ritz-Carlton, Macau is bringing festive flavours with special menus to its eateries, according to a recent statement from the hotel.
The statement noted that the Ritz-Carlton Café is introducing four festive menus. The Festive Brunch, available until January 1, offers a variety of global flavours and holiday classics, with free flow packages for various drinks. The brunch is priced from 788 patacas to 2,988 patacas per adult depending on the package and 298 patacas for children aged 6-11.
Meanwhile, on December 24 and 25, the Christmas Eve Prix Fixe and Christmas Day Prix Fixe will feature five-course meals, beginning with a foie gras starter and Sous Vide Venison served with pumpkin purée, baby beetroot, Brussel leaves and Chambord reduction. The main includes choices such as New Zealand Ocean Beef Tenderloin or Broiled Wild Halibut, the statement said.
The menus are priced from 1,388 patacas per person and includes one glass of selected Champagne or a festive drink.
Guests, the statement added, can also order a Festive Turkey Takeaway Set, which features an eight-kilo Slow Roasted Whole Turkey and comes with classic sides including Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Country Stuffing with sour dough bread, celery, onions, walnuts and golden raisins, among others. The set is available until January 2 and is designed for six to eight people for 1,788 patacas.
The eight-course Christmas Degustation Dinner Menu at Lai Heen, which is available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day features dishes including Deep-fried Shrimp Toast with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Fried Rice with Wagyu Beef in XO Chili Sauce, and Chilled Black Truffle 3.6 Milk Custard Pudding. Priced at 1,988 per person, it includes one glass of Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé 2009, the statement said.
At the Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge, meanwhile, The Sky-High Afternoon Tea Buffet available from December 23- January 2, features a selection from savoury snacks to holiday favourite desserts including Christmas Pudding and Christmas Panettone. The statement noted that it is priced from 388 – 488 patacas per adult and 188 patacas for children aged 6-11, with all packages coming with a free flow of drinks.
The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Macau has also introduced the holiday special Spa’rkle & Shine treatment, with the 90-minute treatment available until December 31 for 1,800 patacas.
