The Judiciary Police (PJ) announced the arrests of three locals yesterday on suspicion of selling and consuming hashish.
PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man made the announcement during a special press conference yesterday. Chan identified the three suspects as a man in his twenties surnamed Guilherme, a 20-year-old man surnamed Huertas, and a 20-year-old woman surnamed Sousa, who is studying in a night school and is Guilherme’s girlfriend.
A week ago, PJ officers received a tip-off that a local resident regularly smuggled drugs from Hong Kong to Macau which he then sold locally. After investigating, they identified the suspect as Guilherme, Chan said.
