The Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre announced in a statement yesterday that local hotels can receive guests infected with COVID-19 and close contacts from today.
Local hotels, according to the statement, can receive such guests as Macau enters its second adjustment phase today, while also putting its previously announced measure allowing some infectees to undergo home isolation into effect.
The statement pointed out that hotel operators may refer to the guidelines on the “Special Webpage Against Epidemics: Prevention of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia – Management Advice to Establishments of Hotel Industry Receiving Guests Infected with COVID-19 and Close Contacts”.
The webpage can be accessed by scanning the QR code or visiting the website directly at https://www.ssm.gov.mo/apps1/PreventCOVID-19/pt.aspx#clg17668.
