The Macau Correctional Services Bureau (DSC) said in a statement yesterday that with the end of Macau’s COVID-19 transition period, weekly visitations to the prison and juvenile detention centre will be resumed today.
All visitors and lawyers entering the prison and the juvenile detention centre must strictly comply with the COVID-19 prevention measures, including presenting a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) result within two hours, wearing a facemask and speaking to prisoners and juvenile detainees over an intercom.
Enquiries can be made by calling 2888 1211 during office hours, or by emailing info@dsc.gov.mo.
