Urban Kitchen and The Lounge at JW Marriott Hotel Macau are serving festive flavours for the Chinese New Year (CNY), the hotel said in a recent statement.
At Urban Kitchen, the statement noted that the Chinese New Year Lunch Buffet, priced at 368 per adult and 185 patacas for children aged 3-11, features the Peking Duck Live Station and Slow Cooked Angus Roast Beef, among others dishes.
Moreover, the Chinese New Year Dinner Buffet presents beloved traditional Chinese dishes including sashimi Lou Hei and Golden Prawns with Salted Eggs, Roasted Crispy Fried Chicken and the Traditional Clay Pot. Priced at 788 patacas and 345 patacas per child, there is also a free flow of wines and beers.
The statement said that the lunch buffet is available daily from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. from tomorrow through next Sunday, while the dinner buffet is available from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. from tomorrow to next Tuesday.
Meanwhile, at The Lounge, guests can enjoy classic CNY dishes that are both treats and symbols of good fortune, the statement noted. A quartet of “auspicious gourmet creations” is being introduced by the restaurant until January 31.
The dishes include Mini Prosperity Salad “Yu Sheng” and Ume Somen, Abalone, which are “edible emblems of abundance”; the Firecracker Prawns to signify happiness; and the Soft-Shell Crab Mini Burgers to represent wealth and prosperity, according to the statement.
