Suspecting foul play, the victim went to ask Lam what he was doing, Lam admitted on the spot to surreptitiously taking photos of him to satisfy his “hobby”. The shocked victim called the police.

The spokesperson said that PSP officers quickly arrived at the scene and arrested Lam. The officers later found on Lam’s mobile phone nine clips of the victim using the toilet and another 104 videos that were of the private parts of males in different public toilets that Lam had taken.

Under questioning, Lam admitted that all the clips had been covertly filmed since March last year as it was his “hobby”, the spokesperson noted, who added that Lam has been transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office (MP), facing an invasion of privacy charge.
