The Judiciary Police (PJ) yesterday announced the arrest of a woman from the mainland on Tuesday on suspicion of telling three men to hold a local man against his will in Zhongshan city in Guangdong province, after the failed to pay the suspect 600,000 yuan.
PJ spokesman Tam Weng Keong announced the case in a regular press conference yesterday at the PJ headquarters in Zape.
Tam identified the suspect as a 32-year old woman surnamed She and the victim as a 52-year-old man.
