Chef Ernesto Iaccarino is bringing sourced dishes featuring ingredients from “Le Peracciole”, the Don Alfonso family farm in the Italian village of Sant Agata, to the Casa Don Alfonso restaurant at Grand Lisboa Macau, with his return to Macau after three years away, presenting a “truly exceptional Italian dining experience”, according to its recent statement.
The statement said that Chef Ernesto Iaccarino is the son of Chef Alfonso Iaccarino, who opened the restaurant in Macau in 2007.
The 7-course lunch and dinner menus, which are priced at 1,600 patacas for each person include “tomato jelly filled with mozzarella foam and fried basil, home-made tagliolini pasta with shrimp and citrus fruit, fresh chestnut lasagne with porcini mushrooms, game ragout, pecorino cheese sauce and black truffle, as well as red snapper in a bread crust with Mediterranean herbs and asparagus”, the statement said, adding that the menus will be available till today.
