The Macau Post and Telecommunications Bureau (CTT) said in a statement yesterday that Macau Basic Television Channels Limited will adjust some of the Basic TV Channels starting from 11 a.m. on Monday.
The bureau noted in the statement that the adjustments aim to keep up with the planning of telecommunication resources in Macau and the needs for the future development of high-definition television.
The statement pointed out that members of the public receiving the Basic TV Channels’ signals must re-scan the list of TV programmes on their TV sets in order to be able to watch the programmes normally. However, the programmes’ TV channel numbers will remain intact.
Those who encounter difficulties or problems in receiving the channels may contact their property management company or Macau Basic Television Channels Limited at 2835 6068.
