Applications are open to participate in the Macao Creative Pavilion at the 19th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) until Wednesday at 12 p.m., according to a statement yesterday from the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC).
The bureau will assist Macau’s cultural and creative industries in taking part in the exhibition, which is slated for early June in Shenzhen, the statement noted, adding that local organisations or companies in the cultural and creative industries can submit their applications.
The statement noted that as the event is a national integrated cultural industry fair, the bureau encourages Macau’s cultural and creative industries to make use of the Macao Creative Pavilion to raise their brand profile, develop more sales channels, and expand their market in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and further in the mainland.
The companies can apply to join the exhibition or attend the product promotion sessions at the same venue. A total of 10 applicants will be chosen by the organisers with the bureau’s confirmation for the exhibition and product promotion sessions based on factors such as the number of designs and originality, according to the statement.
