Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng (left) meets with Ambassador Fu Cong, head of the Mission of the People’s Republic of China (PRC) to the 27-nation European Union (EU), in Brussels on Tuesday. According to a statement by the Macau Government Information Bureau (GCS) yesterday, Ho also met with China’s ambassador to Belgium, Cao Zhongming, on Tuesday. The statement pointed out that both ambassadors exchanged views with Ho on promoting Macau’s exchanges and cooperation with EU member states, while Ho briefed them on Macau’s development opportunities as well as Macau’s involvement in the Guangdong-Macau In-depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin and the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
