Reserves reach 467.2 billion patacas: official

The government’s current reserves amount to 467.2 billion patacas, Secretary for Economy and Finance Lionel Leong Vai Tac said in the legislature yesterday.

The legislature returned from its summer recess yesterday, when Leong gave details of a report about the government’s implementation of its budget for last year.

According to Leong, the government’s revenues stood at 116.1 billion patacas last year, 45.7 billion patacas – or 28.3 percent – less than 2014.
