SJM Resorts said in a statement earlier this week that it has recently organised a Mother’s Day Parent-Children Floral Arrangement Workshop at the GLP Art Workshops at Grand Lisboa Palace (GLP) in Cotai.
According to the statement, the event participants were families from The Women’s General Association of Macau (Fu Luen). They created floral arrangements under the guidance of professional florists, with the workshop also encouraging “quality family time”, interaction and inspiring children’s creativity.
Moreover, the statement noted that children at the event also shared stories and fond memories about their mothers during the event’s interactive session.
The company is “deeply committed to corporate social responsibility and has long been supporting and organising community activities that promote positivity and good community relations”, according to the statement.
The statement added that the gaming resort operator will “continue to work closely with local associations to develop events that demonstrate care and promote cultural and community development”.
