The International Ladies Club of Macau held a charity lunch in the Loulan Ballroom at Conrad Macao Cotai Central yesterday in support of the Hong Kong Cancer Fund’s Pink Revolution for breast cancer awareness month, which ends on October 31 and raised 91,000 patacas.

This is the third year running that The International Ladies Club of Macau (ILCM) has hosted the charity lunch and the fifth year that Conrad has been a diamond sponsor. Several hundred women, a dozen or so men too, gathered to support the event.

The event opened with three of the cast of Thriller performing ‘Man in the Mirror’. The MC for the lunch, for the third consecutive year, was Sean Lee-Davies, a Hong Kong TV personality known for his programme ‘Adventures to the Edge’ in which he raises awareness of the environmental crisis facing the world and – by extension – animals.
