The Macau Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) said in a statement on Friday that the dog parks in the Leisure Area on the Taipa Waterfront will be temporarily closed from today through June 23 for maintenance.
According to the statement, the closure is for the bureau to conduct maintenance on the paving stone slabs and lawns in the dog parks to improve the issue of stagnant water at the entrances.
The statement noted that members of the public can use the dog park in Estrada Almirante Marques Esparteiro in Taipa in the meantime. It is open daily from 7 a.m. to midnight. For enquiries, call the Civic Service Hotline on 2833 7676.
