Macao Light Rapid Transit Corporation, Limited reported receipts of 937,511 patacas last year.
The government-owned LRT operator pointed out in a statement published in the Official Gazette (BO) on Wednesday that its services were suspended between October 20, 2021 and April 2, 2022 due to the replacement of high-voltage cables and between July 11 and July 22 last year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The statement underlined that apart from ticket sales the company was working on raising its income from other sources such as by leasing its automated people movers for film productions as well as renting out areas for vending machines and ATMs.
