According to the statement Ho, who chairs the committee, convened this year’s first plenary meeting of the committee earlier last week.
Ho said during the meeting that in the new national security landscape in the new era, the MSAR needs to continuously expand the strength of “Loving the Country and Loving Macau” in the population, by taking advantage of the implementation of the newly amended national security law of the MSAR as well as the good foundation that had been created previously, according to the statement.
The amended version of the national security law of the MSAR took effect on May 30.
