The Ritz-Carlton, Macau said in a recent statement that it has launched a variety of dining and spa offers for the summer.
According to the statement, The Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is offering “A Drop of Elegance Afternoon Tea Experience” set inspired by its “waterdrop window”. The set offers three tiers of delectable treats featuring savoury snacks including Foie Gras Mousse, Mandarin Compote, Pistachio, and Sweet Langoustine, and desserts such as the Hazelnut Chocolate and Raspberry Rain Drop. Guests can also listen to live saxophone performances during weekends.
The statement noted that the set is available until September 30 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily for 538 patacas for two, which includes two cups of tea or coffee; or 738 patacas with an addition of two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne.
Meanwhile, the hotel’s The Ritz-Carlton Café offers a three-course Summer Indulgence Dinner Tasting Menu until August 31 for 598 patacas per guest and provides a range of French classics, highlighting the best fruit and vegetables of the season, according to the statement. Menu highlights include Grilled Lamb Chops served with fig puree, seasonal squash and tomato emulsion, while three dessert options are available
Wine pairings are also available for 358 patacas, complete with three selected glasses, the statement said.
Meanwhile, Chinese fine-dining destination Lai Heen’s “Michelin Star’s Menu” features “prized delicacies” from across the globe and presents an array of “inspired plates”, the statement added, starting with three umami-packed appetisers, and dishes such as the Simmered Prawn Mousse Rolled with Zucchini with Superior Bird’s Nest in Lobster Bisque. Moreover, for meat dishes, classic Western ingredients like Australian wagyu beef and Jamón Ibérico (Iberian ham), the statement added, are “reimagined with an Eastern twist”, while a selection of desserts is featured.
The menu is priced at 2,188 patacas per person with a glass of wine, while guests can opt for expertly curated wine or tea for 788 patacas and 488 patacas respectively.
Meanwhile, the 90-minute Summer Renewal Treatment is available until August 31 for 1,880 patacas. Guests can receive a 300 pataca spa voucher after their treatment for their next visit.
