The Macau Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) said in a statement yesterday that Shandong will be the Partner Province at this year’s 28th Macau International Trade and Investment Fair (28th MIF).
The 28th MIF is slated to be held from October 19-22 at the Venetian Macao’s Cotai Expo. The statement noted that the 2023 Macao Franchise Expo (2023MFE) and the 1st China - Portuguese Speaking Countries Products and Services Exhibition (Macau) (C-PLPEX) will also be held during the same period.
The four-day event, themed “More than Business”, will include several exhibitions focusing on Macau’s main industries such as big health, modern finance and high-tech, among others, to implement “industry + MICE” cross-sectorial collaboration, the statement underlined.
The statement said the 28th MIF will apply the new development mode of “Macao Platform + International Resources + Hengqin Space + Results Sharing’ that aims to facilitate the joint cooperation of Macau and Hengqin, and will continue to build a business cooperation and exchange platform for exhibitors and merchants at home and abroad, through a series of activities such as exhibitions, conference forums, thematic business matching negotiations, promotion and exchange meetings, in order to help participants connect with international resources and explore business opportunities.
