The selection of Michelin restaurants in Macau is “absolutely astounding” considering the size of the population, Michelin Group Senior Vice President Bernard Delmas said last Friday while in town attending the Michelin Gala Dinner at Studio City.
The gala dinner, presented by Michelin and Robert Parker Wine Advocate, was to mark the launch of the Michelin Hong Kong Macau 2017 Dining Series with Melco Crown Entertainment (MCE) as the official title partner.
Delmas said that the dining series was part of the group’s effort to expand in Asia, bringing a new experience to travellers.
