A consumption promotion event based on the concept of e-payment is being launched today in some areas of the city centre, along with the launch of the second “WiFi Street” in the city later this month. The event aims to act as a pilot project for the more widespread use of e-payment in the city.
The first “WiFi Street” was launched in the area around the Barrier Gate border checkpoint late October.
A press conference about the one-month event was held yesterday at the Economic Services Bureau (DSE) in Nam Van.
