The suspect in his thirties is surnamed Mu.

According to Lei, a PSP officer saw Mu running along Rua de Xangai and found his actions suspicious. The officer intercepted Mu in Rua de Pequim. Under questioning, Mu confessed that he had robbed a male mainland visitor of HK$11,000 worth of casino chips while the victim was gambling at a casino in Zape.
