The Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) said in a statement yesterday that a “Macao Creative Pavilion” will be set up at the upcoming 20th China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) slated for late May, with local companies with experience in assisting non-local film or television projects in Macau, and those involved in video technology eligible to apply for participating in the exhibition.
Applications to join the exhibition can be submitted until March 18, according to the statement. The statement noted that the pavilion will promote Macau’s performing arts activities and the local development of the film and television industry.
Being a national cultural industries fair, the statement said that participants are encouraged to make good use of the pavilion to promote Macau’s cultural and creative brands, products, and services in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and elsewhere in the mainland.
Applicants, the statement said, will be chosen based on the companies’ production experience, scale of the project, and their motivation to participate.
Those interested can visit forms.gle/dYKCLbkGQbkDDCmD6 to submit their applications, or send it along with related documents via cnicifmcpcs@gmail.com. The statement added that one can also contact IC representative Ms Ng on 6868 6057 during office hours.
