The opulent Palazzo Versace Macau, situated within the Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau (GLP) in Cotai, opens, until next Friday, the hotel tower’s outdoor swimming pool area to the general public for viewing and photo opportunities.
The hotel’s grand opening took place last week with a lavish event attended by a gathering of international stars and local socialites, yesterday’s GLP statement noted.
The outdoor swimming pool, according to the statement, features a spectacular dragon rising above Romanesque columns, underscoring the hotel’s distinctive theme while extending a warm welcome to visitors from around the globe in this Year of the Chinese Dragon.
The outdoor swimming pool area is open to members of the public aged four and above free of charge for visits and photo taking, from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., “inviting visitors to capture this glamourous, Instagram-worthy ambiance which characterises the unique aesthetics from the House of Versace”.
Last week’s opening ceremony was graced by notable figures, including Chief Creative Officer of Versace Donatella Versace and Versace Global Ambassador Rosy Zhao Lusi, a mainland Chinese actress and singer, among the participation of world-renowned musicians and celebrities, such as US singer-songwriter and pianist John Legend, model Chrissy Teigen, as well as South Korean actress Shin Hye-sun and Thai actor Blue Pongtiwat Tangwancharoen.
