The government announced yesterday that 3,017 subsidised home-ownership scheme (HOS) flats in the Zone A land reclamation area, the application period of which was launched in 2019, will be sold for between 1.17 million and 2.37 million patacas each, depending on various factors such as size, location and direction, as well as on which floor the flat is situated.
The government made the announcement in an executive order published in the Official Gazette (BO) yesterday. The order was signed by Chief Executive Ho Iat Seng on Tuesday last week.
The 3,017 HOS flats have been built on three plots of B4, B9 and B10 on Zone A. Construction of the three HOS estates is scheduled to be completed later this year.
The flats comprise one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
According to the executive order, the one-bedroom flats on the three plots will be sold for between 1.17 million and 1.45 million patacas.
The two-bedroom flats on the three plots will be sold for between 1.54 million and 1.82 million patacas, while the three-bedroom flats will be sold for between 1.93 million and 2.37 million patacas, according to the order.
