Chinese Mandopop singer-songwriter Jane Zhang Liangying is scheduled to take to the stage at The Londoner Arena in Cotai on July 20, according to a recent statement from The Londoner Macao.
The ‘Jane Zhang · LIGHT WORLD TOUR’ launched in October 2023 has since visited 14 cities, the statement noted.
Known for her recognisable voice, profound vocal expression and “emotional depth that complements her skills”, the “highly influential” singer has released seven Chinese-language albums, one English-language album, and over 300 songs, including chart-toppers “Only for Love” and “Dust My Shoulders Off”. She is the first Asian singer to have recorded a Hollywood movie theme song, and the only Asian singer to have performed at a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, according to the statement.
Zhang will perform some of her greatest hits with “powerhouse vocals and [a] radiant stage presence” at the Macau concert, complemented by light-themed costumes.
“Fans can expect an evening of pure musical bliss and a dynamic celebration of the emotional power of music”, the integrated resort operator said in the statement.
