A mainland man’s bag which contained 30,000 yuan (35,000 patacas) went missing from his hotel room on Monday, suspecting a woman he had spent the night with of stealing it, a Judiciary Police (PJ) spokesperson said during a regular press conference yesterday.
The spokesperson said the suspect was a mainland woman in her twenties while the victim is 49 years old.
According to the spokesperson, the victim arrived in Macau on a visitor permit on Saturday. He met the suspect in a casino in Cotai on Sunday.
