The Public Security Police (PSP) said in a statement yesterday that PSP officers apprehended two women last night after a video circulating on the internet showed them picking leaves outside the PSP station in the northern district yesterday.
According to PSP, police officers saw the two women picking mulberry leaves from branches overhanging the garden fence of the PSP station in the northern district at 9 p.m. yesterday.
According to the police, both are Macau residents. They told the police that they had picked the leaves for their own use.
The two women face a fine each for violating public space regulations.
