Sands China said in a statement yesterday that it is giving an average of 2-6 percent pay rise to all eligible full-time staff, as well as a bonus equivalent to at least one month’s salary.
The statement said that the pay rise would be effective from March 1 where eligible full-time staff earning monthly salaries less than or equal to 12,000 patacas (before tax) would receive a pay rise of 600 patacas – a salary increase of 5 percent. Eligible staff earning monthly salaries above 12,000 (before tax) would receive an average of a 2-2.5 percent pay rise.
