Secretary for Transport and Public Works Raimundo do Rosario said yesterday the government is striving to ensure that occupancy permits for a still-under-construction residential project in Areia Preta will be issued to the developer before the project site’s provisional land concession expires in July.
The project, consisting of six high-rise residential buildings, is also being developed by Polytec, the developer of the ill-fated Pearl Horizon project, whose site’s provisional land concession expired in December 2015.
Rosario spoke to reporters yesterday on the sidelines of a Chinese New Year banquet hosted by the Macau Real Estate Development Association, at the Plaza Restaurant in Zape.
