The opening of Wynn Palace a few months ago might have stolen the spotlight from Wynn Macau but the new menu at Il Teatro restaurant gives guests a solid reason to revisit Wynn Macau for an Italian fine-dining experience in an intimate theatre-setting offering a view of an enhanced water, light, fire and music show at the hotel’s “performance lake”.
The man behind the new menu is Chef de Cuisine Nicholas Olivas, who freshened up the menu, giving some of the Italian classics a modern twist.
With over 10 years of experience in Italian cuisine, Olivas is originally from Denver, Colorado, and was trained at the Le Cordon Bleu Academy before embarking on a career spent working alongside some of the best names in the industry.
