The eight-day Chinese New Year (CNY) Market in Praça do Tap Seac (塔石廣場) kicked off yesterday, with fairgoers able to explore the offerings from flowers and decorations to snacks and games until January 29th.
According to a poster at the venue, the market is open from 10 a.m. to midnight through next Monday, and until 2 a.m. next Wednesday.
A recent statement by the Macau Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) noted that this year’s CNY market comprises 14 stalls selling Chinese New Year gifts, six selling flowers, and four selling light snacks. Performances are also set to take place throughout the event’s run, along with a large-scale floral exhibition, the statement said.
