The restaurant was once one of the city’s most popular tea houses. Its name refers to the six states during the Qin Dynasty.
The remarks were made in response to a resident who allegedly witnessed construction work going on recently in the badly dilapidated building and spoke about the issue during a phone-in radio programme yesterday morning.
