Mixologist Philip Bischoff to be at Four Seasons for Int’l Jazz Day

Four Seasons Hotel Macao said in a recent statement that it will welcome acclaimed German mixologist and Beverage Ambassador for the Four Seasons Asia Pacific Philip Bischoff to craft “jazz-inspired cocktails” in celebration of the UNESCO-recognised International Jazz Day on April 30 at its poolside restaurant Splash.

Bischoff, the statement said, is a mixologist from the BKK Social Club of Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, which is ranked number 12 in The World’s 50 Best Bars List 2024.

The upcoming event will see the hotel operator partner with the Jazz Club de Macau to “shine a spotlight on the universal language of jazz” at Splash, with Bischoff behind the bar.

Meanwhile, the statement also highlighted this Saturday’s Sustainable Chocolate Workshop at the hotel’s restaurant Belcanção for children, held in conjunction with chocolatier Valrhona. Priced at 250 patacas per child, the workshop “highlights the importance of ethical sourcing and sustainability”, with the young participants to be guided by experts to craft their own chocolate creations, and they will receive a Kids Academy certificate upon completion.

The statement added that Splash Restaurant will also feature a refreshed menu that highlights spring’s “vibrant flavours”, while Ohte Ramen will present its Sakura special menu.

Moreover, the Belcanção French Buffet will be launched, along with the “Easter Egg’stravaganza Brunch Buffet”, which will be available from Friday through Monday. An Easter Egg Hunt in the Garden will also be held during the period.
