Wynn Palace said in a statement earlier this week that it will open its “Asian culinary landmark” Gourmet Pavilion on April 29 at the integrated resort in Cotai.
The pavilion, the statement said, will bring together flavours from all over Asia and is set to feature 17 culinary brands, with more to come. Among those to showcase their offerings are Leela; Fat Boy Dumplings; Sushi Masa; Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa; Wumamii Beef Noodles; 328 Katong Laksa; and Yong Zuo·Fish Congee.
The statement said that the Gourmet Pavilion was created by London-based David Collins Studio. Its interiors, the statement added, take inspiration from some of Europe’s most famous marketplaces, noting: “Reminiscent of grand European concert halls and theatrical spaces, Gourmet Pavilion takes diners on a journey through time to discover the vibrant and rich cultural heritage of Europe. It is a culmination of global collaborations, where the finest craftsmanship by artisans from around the world is on full display”.
Moreover, in celebration of the grand opening, a “Savour the Flavours & Reap Rewards” offer will be available from April 29 to May 31, which will feature online and offline experiences, along with exclusive offers. Among them diners are able to get 15 patacas off on all purchases over 80 patacas during the period.
