The Certified Hospitality Management Programme 2025 launched by Wynn in partnership with the Switzerland-based École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL) has recently marked its successful conclusion, according to a statement released by Wynn Palace in Cotai early this week.
The programme was designed to “elevate the skills and expertise of hotel industry leaders and facilitate them to seize opportunities for future growth”, the statement said. It featured three core modules focusing on creating bespoke guest experiences, the role of human connections in modern hotel service, and using data analytics for business decisions.
Vice President of Learning and Advancement at Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace Barry Ip (葉華信) was quoted in the statement as saying: “We are thrilled with the programme’s outstanding results and the positive feedback from participants.”
The statement noted that EHL, recognised as the world’s top hotel management school, provided the “elite team of professionals and international lecturers” for the programme.
Looking forward, the statement added, Wynn is dedicated to furthering its support for the professional development of the hospitality sector to support the sustainable growth of Macau’s tourism industry.
