Yonyou Software (Macao) Co. Ltd hosted an annual user conference titled “Implementing AI in enterprises” yesterday, promising to a provide “premium” AI service for local businesses.
According to Yonyou Network Vice President Luo Xiaojiang (羅小江), the company aims to integrate local enterprises’ innovation needs and technical challenges into their product development, thereby delivering “superior” AI services.
The conference was held at the Galaxy International Convention Centre in Cotai.
Luo emphasised the critical role of AI and data governance in corporate transformation in the future, and he also said he hopes that via technical collaboration, Yonyou could support local businesses in sustaining their development amid the ongoing wave of digitalisation.
Michael Zhang Yong (張勇), the general manager of Yonyou Macau, introduced the company’s business during the presentation, adding that the Yonyou has been established in Macau for 16 years, evolving from a traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP*) provider into a digital platform, “continuously driving” the transformation of Macau enterprises.

Staying true to the founding principle of “In Macau, For Macau,” Zhang said, the company is dedicated to assisting local enterprises in their digital upgrade.
Yonyou Space Chief Product Officer Zhang Jiawei (張嘉偉) gave some insights into the practical challenges encountered in implementing enterprise AI, such as large language models being able to handle certain tasks. However, he acknowledged that other aspects still require robust software engineering support.
He pointed out that “intelligent agents”** should be regarded as “employees” capable of proactively adapting to user needs, thereby driving corporate digital transformation. He said he hopes to collaboratively explore the potential of AI with all stakeholders to achieve effective integration into business scenarios.
Yonyou Macau Pre-sales Solutions Director Jimmy Gun (甘甜) said that AI is reshaping human resource management by automating processes such as recruitment, interviewing, and talent discovery through AI agents, significantly enhancing efficiency.
Gun cited examples like intelligent résumé screening and AI-structured interviews, which have shown over 92 percent consistency with assessments by senior interviewers. These AI systems can even act as personal assistants, coordinating internal role transfers and training, he said.
“The future of human-machine collaboration requires balancing efficiency and the human touch –letting AI handle transactional tasks while humans focus on empathetic communication and complex decision-making,” Gun said.
According to Poe, Yonyou Software is a leading enterprise management software provider based in Beijing. Founded in 1988, the company specialises in providing innovative software and cloud services to support business management across various industries.
* Enterprise Resource Planning is a type of software system that organisations use to manage and integrate the essential parts of their business. Think of it as the central nervous system of a company, connecting all departments and their data into a single, unified system. – DeepSeek
** An intelligent agent is anything that can perceive its environment through sensors and act upon that environment through actuators to achieve goals. The fundamental idea, central to AI, is that of agency. An agent is “intelligent” based on its actions and its ability to achieve its goals, not necessarily because it uses complex reasoning. – DeepSeek
