The Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau (SMG) said in a statement yesterday that it has set up recommendations for residents to check whether the air quality is suitable for outdoor activities or not.
According to the statement, the guidelines have three levels, namely “suitable” or “unsuitable” for outdoor activities, or whether residents “should not” take part in outdoor activities.The bureau will determine the three levels of recommendations for outdoor activities based on its Real Time Air Quality Index, the statement said.
