The Public Security Police (PSP) on Sunday arrested a local man on suspicion of threatening a couple and taking drugs, a PSP spokesperson said at a regular press briefing yesterday.
The spokesperson said the suspect, surnamed Wong, is in his fifties. The victims are a couple living in the flat above Wong.The spokesperson said that police received a report on Sunday morning that Wong had threatened a couple who live in a residential building in Rua das Indústrias because of the noise they were making while decorating their flat.
