A cultural heritage protection advocacy group yesterday called for an old temple near the Ox Warehouse gallery to be listed as a cultural heritage site due to its historical significance.

Samuel Ieng Weng Fat, who heads the advocacy group called “Heritage Society”, briefed reporters yesterday in the temple about its history and the need to carry out major repairs on it.

Sin Fong Temple is located in Travessa de Coelho do Amaral, near Sacred Heart Canossian College.
