Macau's Grand Coloane Resort to offer Indian cuisine-themed dinner buffet

“Echoes of India · Taste of Tradition Dinner Buffet” will be hosted by Grand Coloane Resort tomorrow at Café Panorama and its Garden Lawn.

A statement by the hotel operator on Wednesday said that the event is co-organised with the Consulate General of India in Hong Kong & Macau SAR. The buffet is curated by Chef Nathi Singh and features a wide selection of Northern and Southern Indian specialties, along with specialty drinks like mango lassi*, according to the statement, with the dinner buffet starting from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.

There will also be activities and performances, with cultural activities, games and workshops held starting from 4 p.m.

Traditional dance performances by Sri Shakti Academy of Hong Kong and Hari Om Dance Society of Hong Kong, along with live music, will be featured alongside interactive experiences such as henna hand painting (@sarahs_henna_macau), herbal workshops, and classic Indian games, including Snakes and Ladders, and Ludo, as well as additional family-friendly activities.

Meanwhile, prizes will also be on offer, among which are a 1st and 2nd prizes provided by Grand Coloane Resort comprises a complimentary one-night stay in a Deluxe Suite with breakfast for two persons, and a 12-month TEE Membership for one person.

The 3rd prize is a 500 pataca dining voucher, sponsored by Woodlands Macau, while additional prizes are sponsored by Yoga and Sports General Association of Macau, China; Justindia Macau; Indian Spice Macau, and Bombay Palace.
