The local government and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Macau Garrison will jointly organise a summer camp for local university students for the first time, the Tertiary Education Services Office (GAES) said in a statement yesterday.
According to the statement, the summer camp will be held from July 16 to 24 at the garrison’s Taipa barracks.The statement said that some activities will not be held in Macau during the nine-day event. The statement did not say where the activities will be held. The local PLA garrison maintains backup facilities in Zhuhai.
