Vasco Fong Man Chong will leave his post as director of the Personal Data Protection Office (GPDP) to return to his previous position as a judge at the Court of Second Instance (TSI), the Portuguese-language radio channel of government-owned broadcaster TDM reported yesterday.
The Radio Macau report did not say how it obtained the information.
Fong has headed the city’s privacy office since December 20, 2014 on secondment from the Court of Second Instance. His term was extended for two years on March 12 last year.
