The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested a young local man on Monday for robbing two drunken men of their valuables, PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man said during a special press conference yesterday.
The suspect admitted that he had robbed the two men, on two separate occasions, due to “a greedy impulse” as he saw that both were drunk in the street, according to Chan.
Chan identified the suspect as a 21-year-old hotel restaurant worker surnamed Iong.
