While the government has just recently stepped up measures aiming to cool property prices and curb speculation, developers are coming up with flexible payment terms to attract buyers to invest in the local property market.

Concord Industrial and Commercial Development Enterprise, which developed luxury residence One Oasis in Seac Pai Van, yesterday started the sale of its nearby Sky Oasis The Lux Mansions currently under construction.

There are 120 units at the Lux Mansions and each has a floor area of about 3,500 square feet (325 square metres). Each unit has four bedrooms, of which three are en-suites. There is a 24-hour gym, as well as other clubhouse facilities and a shopping arcade at One Oasis.
