The Judiciary Police (PJ) arrested three local men on Tuesday and Wednesday on suspicion of attacking a local man in a restaurant in April, which required the victim to undergo brain surgery, PJ spokesman Chan Cho Man said during a special press conference yesterday.
The victim has since been discharged from the hospital, according to Chan.
Chan identified the three suspects as a 24-year-old surnamed Un, a 25-year-old surnamed On and a 26-year-old surnamed Cheong. The victim is a 27-year-old driver, Chan said.
