Two men surnamed Deng from the mainland have been arrested by Macau Customs Service and Public Security Police (PSP) officers for selling fake iPhones, according to a statement by the Macau Customs Service yesterday.

A local resident reported to the Public Security Police on Thursday last week that a man had sold him two counterfeit iphones for HK$1,000 each in Patane district the previous day, the statement says.

The case was then transferred to the Customs Service for investigation.

This undated handout photo provided by the Macau Customs Service yesterday shows the fake iphones and cash seized from the two suspects.
