The Four Seasons Hotel Macao will be presenting a special Zi Yat Heen Masters Series from October 31 to November 1, inviting the Chengdu restaurant “The Bridge” Creative and Culinary Director Chef André Chiang, along with his Chef Sean Li.

Taking place at the Michelin-starred Zi Yat Heen at 6:00 p.m., the five-star hotel said in a statement on Wednesday that the series will see Chiang and Four Seasons Hotel Macao Executive Chinese Chef Anthony Ho Yam To presenting an eight-course four-hands dining experience that celebrates the rich culinary traditions of Macau and Chengdu.

The menu will present the chefs’ distinctive styles and philosophies, while the experience will also feature a wine pairing with rare selections from Il Borro, which the statement added is the “renowned Tuscan wine estate owned by the Ferragamo family”.

The statement quoted Chef Ho as saying: “Together with Chef André Chiang and Chef Sean Li, we celebrate a culinary dialogue where the elegance of Cantonese cuisine meets the dynamic flavours of Chengdu, creating a dining experience that is both distinctive and enriching.”

Chef Chiang was quoted by the statement as saying: “Macau has always held a special place in my culinary journey, and I am delighted to return once again, this time alongside Four Seasons Hotel Macao and Chef Anthony Ho. Together with Chef Sean Li, a Sichuan native whose cuisine embodies the authentic spirit of Chengdu, we look forward to sharing the city’s distinctive culinary heritage with guests in Macau”.

The event is priced at 2,388 patacas per person, with an optional 698-pataca wine pairing.
